How fast will I get a quote?
Within 48 hours after receiving your specification (size, material, standard, finish, quantity). Urgent inquiries are usually answered the same working day.
Can you make custom sizes or OEM per my drawings?
Yes. We handle OEM and ODM: custom dimensions, materials, surface treatment and packaging per your drawings or samples, produced to DIN, ISO, ASTM, GB or GOST standards.
What materials and standards do you supply?
Carbon steel grades 4.8 / 8.8 / 10.9, alloy steel, stainless steel 304 / 316 / 410. Finishes include zinc plated, hot-dip galvanized, black and plain. Common standards: DIN 933 / 934, ISO 4014 / 4032, ASTM A325 / A490, GB and GOST.
How do you guarantee quality? Can I get inspection reports?
Every order goes through a four-stage QC process: supplier audit, incoming inspection, in-process check and pre-shipment inspection. Mill test certificates and inspection reports are provided; third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV) is welcome.
