Requirement review
You send sizes, grades, standards, drawings or samples. We confirm the specification in writing and flag anything ambiguous before quoting rather than after shipping.
Supplier matching
The order goes to the factory whose process actually fits — cold heading, hot forging, machining, coating — not to whichever supplier answers first.
Production & QC
Incoming material inspection, in-process checks and pre-shipment inspection, with dimensional, mechanical and coating reports issued per batch.
Documentation & shipping
Mill certificates, certificates of origin and any market-specific conformity documents are prepared before dispatch, so clearance is not held up by paperwork.
After-sales ownership
Short shipments, dimensional non-conformance or coating failures are investigated by us and resolved with replacement or credit.
