How to order — MOQ, lead time, packing, terms
Commercial terms in numbers rather than adjectives. Where a figure depends on the item, we say what it depends on instead of writing "flexible".

The order flow
RFQ with a complete specification
Standard, size and length, property class, coating, quantity, destination port and required documentation. Use the structured RFQ form and attach the drawing if there is one.
Quotation within 48 hours
Unit price, MOQ, lead time, packing data, document list and validity. If something is ambiguous, we ask before quoting rather than assuming.
Sample or first article
Stock sizes ship immediately for trial; custom items go through a first article inspection report with your approval signature.
Order and deposit
PI issued, 30 % deposit received, production slot booked. You receive the QC plan for the order at this stage.
Production, inspection, shipment
In-process checks, pre-shipment inspection report, loading photos, then documents released against the balance payment.

What is your actual MOQ?
Stock sizes start from one pallet or 5,000 pieces per size, and mixed sizes can be consolidated. For a custom item the MOQ is set by the economic batch for the tooling, typically 20,000–50,000 pieces per size. We quote the real number with the quotation rather than after you order.
Do you accept payment against documents rather than a deposit?
Standard terms are 30 % deposit with 70 % against the bill of lading copy. For larger orders an L/C at sight can be arranged. Sample and trial amounts can be paid by PayPal or Western Union.
Can you hold stock for us?
For repeat buyers we can arrange a rolling stock position on agreed sizes. This is a commercial arrangement set up in advance, not something to assume per order.
