Ordering questions
What are your payment terms?
For new customers, 30% deposit with the order and 70% against the bill of lading copy. Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for larger contracts. Repeat customers can be moved to agreed open terms after a trading history is established.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW and DDP are all available. For European and Middle Eastern destinations DDP is often the simplest option because it removes the customs leg from your workload.
What is your production capacity for a large order?
Capacity depends on the part and the producing factories involved. Standard items in the tens of millions of pieces per year are realistic across the partner network; send your annual volume and we will confirm which factories can carry it before quoting.
How do you handle urgent orders?
Flag the deadline at the inquiry stage. Stock sizes can often be dispatched in a few days by air or express; tooled or coated items need production time and cannot be compressed safely without compromising heat treatment or coating quality.
