This policy explains what personal data YITORCH Ltd., Co. collects through yitorch.com, why we hold it, and what rights you have. We keep it short and specific rather than covering every possibility in boilerplate.
What we collect
- Inquiry and order data — the name, company, email address, country and specification details you submit through our contact form, by email or by WhatsApp. We use this to answer your request and to administer any order that follows.
- Delivery and customs data — for orders, the consignee details and documentation required by the destination customs authority.
- Technical data — the server and CDN (Cloudflare) may record IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and availability purposes. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking scripts.
Why we hold it
To respond to your inquiry, to quote and fulfil orders, to meet export, customs and tax obligations, and to handle after-sales claims. Where you have asked for technical documents or updates, we use your contact details to send those specific items, not general marketing.
Who we share it with
- The producing factory, limited to what is needed to manufacture and label your order.
- Freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers, limited to what is needed to move and clear the shipment.
- Third-party inspection agencies, where you or we engage one.
- Our email and website service providers, who process data on our instructions.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
International transfers
Our operations are based in China, so inquiry and order data is processed there. Where a customer is in the EEA or the UK, we rely on the necessity of the processing for the performance of a contract or your request before entering one, and we apply contractual safeguards with service providers.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records: up to 24 months after the last contact. Order, customs and tax records: as long as required by applicable export and accounting rules.
Cookies
The site currently uses no advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in future, this section will be updated and consent requested where legally required.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to particular processing. Write to janequ@yitorch.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
