What we will not claim
- We will not claim to be a factory. We are a sourcing and quality partner: factories we work with are vetted, audited and named on the documents when your order requires it.
- We will not present a certificate we do not hold a valid copy of, and we will not date a certificate later than it was issued.
- We will not claim a factory audit we have not carried out, or a capacity figure we cannot support with a production schedule.
- We will not send a quotation from one supplier and ship from another without telling you.
Our answer to "how do I know you're real"
Start with a small trial order and a video call, pay through the same channel you will use for production, and appoint your own inspector on the first shipment. If the first order behaves exactly as documented, the relationship has a factual foundation. That is a better risk decision than any reference letter.
