Compliance centre — what your destination market requires
Fasteners are ordinary products with uncommonly rule-heavy borders. This section states, market by market, what is required, what we can provide, and what remains the buyer's own responsibility — no vague claims, no "CE available on request".
How to use this section
Find your import market in the matrix below, then open the dedicated page. If your market is not listed, send the destination country and HS/CN code and we will confirm the route — including where the obligation sits (often with the importer, not the supplier).

The single most useful thing you can do before ordering
Send us the destination country and the CN/HTS code your broker will declare. Most fastener compliance failures are classification failures — the same hex bolt is regulated or unregulated depending on which heading it lands in, and on whether it is supplied as a loose bolt or as a complete bolting assembly.
Frequently asked questions
Do you issue CE certificates for bolts?
No — and no supplier legitimately can for a loose bolt. CE marking for structural fasteners applies to complete bolting assemblies (bolt + nut + washer) made under EN 15048 or EN 14399, certified through a Notified Body under System 2+, with a Declaration of Performance issued by the manufacturer who holds the FPC certificate. For general commercial fasteners we supply EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates instead.
Can you handle CBAM reporting for us?
The legal obligation sits with the EU importer, not with us. What we do is supply the input data — CN codes, production route, energy and process information from the mill — so that you or your declarant can complete the CBAM communication template with actual rather than default values.
